Women's Ministry
The mission of New Heart Women’s Ministry is to provide a place for all women to flourish. As women, we will encourage each other spiritually and strengthen our bonds of Christian love. The Word of God will be the standard of excellence in all aspects of our lives, and we will provide safe places for women to develop their gifts and talents. In Women’s Ministry, we will reach out to others in our communities and strive to display the gospel of Jesus Christ in all of our activities.
The scripture that defines our ministry:
Psalms 90:17a
Let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us,
and establish the work of our hands for us.
Our goal is to:
- Help women find Jesus Christ, grow in His knowledge, and strengthen their faith
- Reach out to women in need in our church and our communities
- Connect women with others who share their faith
- Mentor and be mentored in their Christian walk
- Provide places for women to develop and use their unique gifts and talents
- Give opportunities to retreat from the “daily grind”, hear from
God and have fun
